For Same-Day Deliveries: Orders must be received before 12:00pm in the gift recipient’s time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after 12:00pm will be delivered the following business day. Sometimes there can be exceptions. We will try our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

For Holiday Deliveries: Orders must be received before 12:00pm. To help assure on-time deliveries, please place your order at least 2 days prior to the major holiday.

Substitution Policy: Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues.
