Light
Place in bright, indirect light, like a sunny window. Avoid direct sunlight, which can burn the leaves. In the summer, move potted plants outside to a patio cover.
Water
Water thoroughly when the top inch of soil is dry. Overwatering can cause the roots to rot, so let the soil dry out before watering again. Water less frequently in the winter.
Temperature
Prefers temperatures between 50°–80°F.
